- Using your invoice, indicate the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE at the top, from your invoice.
- Under “PATIENT NAME OR ID”, indicate the PATIENT’S FULL NAME or PATIENT ID NUMBER.
- Fill out your payment information to complete the transaction.
You will be able to complete your payment and receive a receipt via email. IMPORTANT: BE SURE TO INDICATE PATIENT’S FULL NAME OR ID UNDER “PATIENT NAME OR ID”. Thank you!
